Form of ingress:

The ingress occurs upon a Unified System Selection (SiSU) based on the performance of the National Examination of Secondary Education (ENEM); internal movement, transfers from other HEIs and those with undergraduate degree diplomas in higher education, the existence of vague; and compulsory transfer.

Objectives of the Course:

Train professionals of Computing and Information Technology area with skills to plan, manage, develop computer systems in different business areas; selecting and applying appropriate methodologies to analyze, design, build, test and maintain quality softwares; master different programming languages; follow the theoretical developments and recent technological and aware of the powers and limitations of Computing, and have a humanist vision consistent and critique of the impact of their professional performance in society, in addition to following the ethical and moral standards in the area of their profession.

Activities inherent:

  • Designing and developing computer systems;
  • To study and model the organizational behavior of companies;
  • Direct and coordinate software development teams to information systems;
  • To act as a consultant or technology manager in the area of software systems;
  • To act in teaching and research in the area of software systems.

 

Areas of Activity and Professional Practice:

Private and public companies providing services in computing, computing departments in government agencies and educational institutions.

Legal requirements for registration: Diploma: in UFMS, per delegation from the Ministry of Education and Sports – MEC;

Associations and Class Associations: SBC – Brazilian Computer Society.

Formation:

Bachelor’s degree in analysis of systems
